OH WHEW I was just about to ask! Phantom, uh. has seen Julius very recently and would likely have Opinions about him, but I'm happy to handwave around that if it would be easier!

...hopefully he will be doing fewer crimes here but also I make no promises.

i am definitely more than fine with leaving it in! just so long as I know there's a Problem™ going in, that's more than enough for me. luckily the tales I'm playing is obviously very familiar with alternate reality selves, so..... its fine.......... probably..... hahahahaaaa........
