ESTELLINE UNIVERSITY LOWER CAMPUS
(These blocks are all scrollable!)

The lower campus of Estelline University appears to be relatively well-taken care of, despite there being virtually no one else on campus. It's largely an outdoor model; all of the different structures aren't connected and have their own exits and entrances. They're surrounded by grass and concrete, though the grass does seem to be a little overgrown... Everything seems to be designed with a 21st century aesthetic in mind, and occasionally you can see the school's mascot printed on various marketing materials: The white silhouette of a swan.

DORMITORY
A two story building, and where all of the students are going to be staying for the duration of the Personal Enrichment course. There are plaques on the sides of each door with the names of its occupants, so you get a glimpse of who's assigned to what dorm as you walk through the dormitory itself. The dorm rooms are simplistic and modern. Everything in each room comes in twos - the rooms are split down the middle. Each side has a bed, a small desk with a chair, and a little wardrobe pressed up against the wall. The beds are also slightly elevated to leave little drawer-like compartments at the foot of them for storage. There’s a window wide enough to draw in enough sunlight to illuminate the entire room. The walls are white, blank and open for decorating. Each dorm comes with a private bath...though it’ll be shared with your roommate. At least they come with separate toiletries and towels! All characters will have their own assigned keycards that they need to swipe to gain access to their rooms.

A convenience store can be found next to Room #16 on the bottom floor, and the common area is upstairs next to Room #8. Laundry can be done in the laundry room next to Room #1.

CONVENIENCE STORE
Located on the first floor of the dormitory, next to Room #16. The store stocks most of the basics a person could need, from instant noodles, to snacks, drinks, and toiletries. It won’t be anything fancy, but if you want something quick and of questionable quality, look no further. There is a cash register, but there’s nobody there to stop anyone from just taking whatever it is that you want. The store is restocked every night, but you will quickly notice that it’s only things like canned foods, instant foods, bottled water, and toiletries that are replaced.
COMMON AREA
A large, open room located on the first floor of the complex. The room is brightly lit and impeccably tidy, with a handful of comfortable chairs and couches, perfect for lounging or taking naps, as well as a few tables and chairs. There’s a collection of board games on offer, from classics like Monopoly or chess to trivia games covering topics both familiar and utterly alien, as well as decks of cards or sets of dice. You’ll also be able to find some guidebooks for tabletop games, though you’ll have to find something to use as tokens for any character you make if you decide to start a campaign. There's also an empty bulletin board nailed to one of the walls.

Finally, there is a strange-looking phone booth in the corner of the room. Stepping inside, however, will not bring you to an old-fashioned telephone. It takes you to a device that looks like a larger version of your tablets that’s mounted to the booth. There’s also a small desk, a stool to sit on, and a wireless headset on the desk. The prompts on the tablet read: “AUDIO ONLY”, “VIDEO”, and “TEXT”. Currently, it is inoperable, and the tablet will not turn on regardless of what you try.
LAUNDRY ROOM
A bit out of the way, but there are plenty of signs to guide you to it. Alongside the wall opposite the door is a row of about five washing machines, and on the righthand wall is a matching row of driers. There are shelves with everything you could need to get your clothes clean and fresh - liquid and powder detergents, fabric softeners, spot treatments, and all of it is unscented. An ironing board hangs from the wall, and there are irons on the bottom shelf.

Someone’s also printed - and laminated! - a handy, illustrated guide on how to use a washing machine and drier, and a chart of what the symbols on clothing tags mean. There are no hangers to be found and no drying racks, so if you can’t put your clothes in the drier you’ll need to figure something out.
LECTURE HALL
The very same hall students found themselves in at the start of the course - only a handful of classrooms seem to be any shape for holding classes, and all of them are largely the same in appearance. Rows and rows of chairs all facing towards a small stage where a desk sits, with long tables separating the rows. The rooms are almost entirely barren, though some of the rooms with whiteboards have the remains of abandoned lessons and old doodles on them, as well as a few dry-erase markers should anyone feel like making their own masterpieces. Currently, one of the desks has a dented surface; another one has been almost pulled off of its hinges entirely.
GYM
You can find a variety of exercise machines and other gym equipment, ranging from treadmills to weights to jump ropes and yoga mats. There’s only one or two of each machine, but there are plenty of types to choose from. There are two locker rooms, both of which are clean and devoid of any toiletries, as well as a basketball court. Inside the court are also some nets that could be set up, just in case anyone would rather play volleyball, and everything you would need if you wanted to head outside and play baseball or soccer.
POOL
A large pool that somehow still has clean, clear water despite how the school seems to be abandoned. There are tiles down the pool separating it into lanes, and you can find neatly bundled lane ropes nearby, as if someone had brought them out to set them up before abandoning the task and leaving them there. The smell of chlorine lingers around the pool, but there doesn’t seem to be any nearby. Whatever’s being used to keep the pool clean is being kept somewhere else - but it is possible to find a net with a long handle to fish out any debris that falls into the pool nearby.
BOOKSTORE/GIFT SHOP
A small bookstore located close to the dorms, and most of the stock are textbooks covering just about every subject you can imagine, and as many of them are used rentals they’re also filled with helpful (or incredibly unhelpful) notes. There are a few fiction novels available - most of them fall into the vague realm of classic literature, but none of them are actually works characters would be familiar with. Some of the subjects in the textbooks are also unfamiliar, but science, math, and English (for those who learned it prior to arrival) will always be the same. You can also find some very basic school supplies - mainly notebooks and writing utensils with the University's colors and logo - but not much else.

Week 2: New stock has been added to the bookstore, neatly stacked wherever there's room, with some of the books even taking up space in the gift shop. All of the new books are works of fiction, ranging from bodice rippers to sci-fi and fantasy epics to young adult romps. There are dozens of new books and no repeat titles - but unfortunately, they're all in the native language of Estelline, so you'll still need to use your translator app.

There’s also a clothing section here. All the clothing is branded with the University’s name or mascot, and generally in the University’s school colors of blue and white, though some more eccentric colors are available. Also a lot of tie dye. Choices for clothing are limited, as far as types of clothing goes. It’s mostly t-shirts, sweatshirts and sweat pants, socks, hats… And a few sports jerseys and shorts, too. Not much in the way of actually fashionable, but if you want something comfortable or you don’t want to do laundry, it’s good enough.
HEALTH ROOM
Stocked with most of the first aid basics, this is where you want to go if you get hurt. There is also a stock of some basic medications - antihistamines, acetaminophen, a nebulizer with some bottles of albuterol, as well as some antibiotic ointments and over the counter medicine. A wheelchair and a pair of crutches are tucked against the wall, and there are plenty of places to sit, but it seems like the office is lacking any capacity to treat any major injuries or illnesses. There is a desk and a computer in the office, ostensibly for patient records, but the computer won’t turn on no matter how hard you try.
CAFETERIA
Large and spacious, with a truly staggering amount of tables that makes it easy to imagine how large the school population must have been before. There are stations set up, clearly where food used to be served, but they are long since out of service. The real highlight of the cafeteria is the attached kitchen, stocked with actual food for when characters tire of cheap snacks and cheap noodles. There’s even fresh fruit and vegetables! (Don’t question where they came from. It’s fine!) There are restocks every night, but only non-perishable staples like pasta and rice get replaced. If you're looking for a constant source of produce, you're out of luck.
COURTYARD
The Courtyard is possibly one of the most serene places in the lower campus area; a giant tree is planted in the center of it, right next to a large water fountain, and there are park benches and bike racks bordering the sidewalks. There's not a whole lot going on here, and it's perhaps a little too quiet, but it's not the worst place to wind down, either. Good for walks, jogs, lounging around when you want some peace and quiet or what have you, given that there's always a nice gentle breeze. There's also a lot of space for group activities here, should you want to hold any out in the open.
SMALL MALL

A small mall is conveniently right outside of the lower campus exit (beneath the lecture hall area). It's rather quaint, more of a mom-and-pop area and a place to keep yourself entertained for the time being than anything else. There's an empty bus stop in front of the mall, right next to the road; a parking lot for the mall with abandoned vehicles and bicycles; and, of course, the mall itself.

COSMETIC STORE
A brightly lit store where the scent of perfume lingers, where you can find a plethora of makeup, skincare, and… well, perfume. There are testers out on display, all looking more untouched than test products usually do. There’s makeup to suit all sorts of styles, though there does seem to be a bias towards the neutral and understated, but makeup is by and large the majority of the inventory. Fragrances range from the floral and feminine to the musky and masculine, and though the skincare section is the smallest part of the store, there’s something for just about any concern you could have. Also a lot of sheet masks. Like, a lot. An almost unreasonable amount, really.
JEWELRY STORE
A store filled with glass display cases, all filled with a variety of jewelry pieces in almost every style you could imagine. Some are delicate and elegant, some are chunky and gaudy, all probably have a price tag higher than the actual value. Maybe the security system is down…? There’s also a small set of tools for appraisal, including a scale and a magnifying glass. The glass case that housed some stud earrings and rings are smashed open. There are still shards of glass in the interior of the cases, drops of blood on the floor next to it, but all shards that were supposed to be outside of the case has been swept away with a broom. It poses no danger for people stepping around barefoot... if they choose to.
ARCADE
Filled with gaming cabinets, air hockey tables, claw machines, and an inexplicable mini golf course, some people would probably call this place “retro”. It’s a good place to spend your time, if you don’t mind the flashing lights and loud noises. Somehow, even though the mall has clearly been abandoned, all of the machines are in perfect condition. They’ll even eject tickets, though the amounts seem arbitrary and not at all tied to scores. There are prizes you can exchange the tickets for ranging from cheap knickknacks to the latest gaming console, but with how nobody is there to stop you you could just hop over the counter and take the obnoxiously large plush of your dreams home with you anyways.
BAKERY
A charming, cozy place, the display cases are filled pastries that are deliciously stale, though there are a few packaged goods that are still well within their best-by date. An espresso machine waits to be used, and there’s a kettle on hand for heating water to brew tea, as well as a stock of coffee beans, loose leaf tea, and tea bags. Handmade mugs are on display, proudly advertising they were made a local artisan, free for the picking, and there are also other small artworks available. The attached kitchen is filled with everything you’d need to make any baked good possible, but unlike the cafeteria on campus the ingredients don’t seem to be restocked at all after use.
STATIONERY STORE
The store is brightly lit, but it’s also on the “aesthetically cluttered” side of things. There are display shelves and tables covering most of the available floor space in the store, and everything is packed to the brim. There seems to be an almost endless selection of notebooks and planners in designs ranging from cute and bubbly to tryhard edge - there’s an option for anyone! There are also pens ranging from expensive fountain pens to cheap, sparkly gel pens, and just about any pencil you could imagine. There are bottles of inks and replacement ink barrels for the more expensive pens, and erasers that are both useless at erasing but very cute, and ones very good at erasing but boring to look at. You can also find things to store your new goods, with plenty of choices for pen cases or holders, and there’s also a section dedicated to stickers and decorative tapes as well as a small selection of paint, colored pencils, and markers and paper to use with those… Not to mention scissors and hole punches in various shapes, so you can make your own confetti.
KARAOKE BAR
The entry to the karaoke bar is small and enclosed, more so than any other storefront in the mall. It’s essentially a small lobby, designed to help keep in the sound… and that fact becomes readily apparent once you’re inside and have turned on the sound system. The space beyond the lobby is open and comfortable, with dim lights and a bar where someone could go up and order a drink or queue up the song they want to belt out to the crowd sitting at the clustered tables, with a large screen on the wall across from the bar to display lyrics. For those of you who aren’t as confident or who would rather embarrass yourself with a small group of your closest friends, there is a (very short) hallway lined with doors leading private rooms. There’s a screen on the wall for displaying lyrics, smaller than the projector in the main room, and a tablet for choosing songs or ordering room service… though there isn’t anyone to take those orders. There's alcohol (and juices for those who aren't of age) available at the bar table, too, though it doesn't seem to get restocked... Drink responsibly, students.

The song choices seem a bit limited, but the playlist is large enough for at least one good party. There's also an option to go full chaos and turn off lyrics, only instrumentals. The most important part is that everything still works once it's up and running, even the soundproofing.
MUSEUM DISTRICT

The Estelline Museum has its own dedicated district. A mile away from the Mall, it may be a little bit of a walk – or drive via car or bicycle – to get here.

MUSEUM LOBBY
The lobby of this museum doesn’t really resemble the museum you found yourself in for your first off-campus lesson. It’s large and brightly lit, bordering on grandiose. There’s a large desk in the lobby with pamphlets covering the exhibitions on display at the moment for you to pick up and browse through - you can read little tidbits about the art movements you’ll find represented in the art hall, or read about the time periods to explore in the natural history hall. The real highlight, though, is the large whale skeleton hanging from the ceiling.
MUSEUM 2ND FLOOR - ART
A selection of some of the best art that has ever been created in this world. There are paintings of all sorts styles and methods, as well as sculptures - there are even some bizarre remnants of what you think might have fallen under the umbrella of “performance art”, and monitors playing artsy, incomprehensible videos. None of the specific pieces will be familiar to you, but you might be able to see similar art movements to what you’ve seen back home, from the abstract to the realistic. There is also a selection of pottery and historical clothing or artifacts to browse, with little blurbs about the history of Estelline next to them.
MUSEUM 3RD FLOOR - NATURAL HISTORY
There’re as many rooms making up this branch of the museum as the art hall, but these rooms tend to be much, much larger. Seeing the huge dinosaur skeletons or fossils makes it apparent why that’s the case pretty quickly. They’re towering things - though none are any larger than the size of a dinosaur you would find on Earth, and there seems to be similar species. For those of you from worlds with things like dragons or monsters, though, they might seem a little underwhelming. There are also dioramas and displays of the history of the world… Though it seems like the people who made these displays expect you to already know what that is, so there’s not much information to be found.
GIFT SHOP
A gift shop in the museum, right near a side exit. You can find all sorts of things, from little “scientific” games or toys, to plush of the animals and dinosaurs who have bones on display, crystals… As well as replicas of the paintings or sculptures on display, pretentious books about art history and design. There are even bags, hats, mugs with the museum’s logo printed on them, and at least one of those might be handy for bringing your haul home. Ultimately this stuff might not be all that useful, but it might be nice to have a memento of this place.
PARK
A large, open park across from the museum, this is a great place to stretch your legs and get a breath of fresh air. There’s a large stretch of open grass for lounging and picnicking that puts the university’s courtyard to shame, as well as artfully arranged flowerbeds that fit in with the art pieces that still make their way into the park. The real highlight, though, is the serene, lush garden at the very center of the park, with trees, a quaint little pond, and a bridge you can hang your feet off of.
CLOTHING STORE
A boutique on the same street as the museum. This is where you can find clothing that’s not just university paraphernalia. The style lends towards “hip and trendy”, but that could mean just about anything, so the clothing on display is kind of just a mishmash of various styles and vibes. You can find any clothing item you can imagine, here, even if it might be a struggle to find anything super specific or exceptionally plain, as well as things like shoes, undergarments, accessories that aren’t expensive jewelry… It will probably be a relief to be able to wear something different, and not have to do laundry so much.
CAMELLIA DISTRICT

Situated between the Museum District and the Small Mall area, the Camellia district doesn't offer as many distinct locations like its neighbors. It's mostly populated by a giant facility - the Camellia Facility itself - with an electronics shop and a roller rink built nearby. There's not a whole lot to see here, unfortunately.

ROLLER RINK
Some people would probably call this place nostalgic, or dated, but it was a pretty popular place when there were people who lived in Estelline. The main attraction is the rink itself, of course - a wide, open area lined with barriers that come up to the waist of an average-height human. There are open spots in the barriers for people to enter and exit the rink, though be careful! Falling won’t just hurt yourself and your partner - it’d be embarrassing, too. There’s a counter for skate rentals, just in case you don’t have a pair from the gacha, and cubbies to put your shoes and other belongings you don’t want to take out onto the rink. There’s a disco ball hanging from the ceiling, because there has to be, and some upbeat music.
ELECTRONICS STORE
A smaller store, less for buying everything under the sun that’s powered by electricity and more for people who have a passion for technology. There’s a choice selection of cutting edge gadgets like cellphones, computers, and tablets, with the latest gadgets out on display - but there’s also a selection of components, wires, boards, cases… you can make just about anything you can imagine. There are magazines and books covering subjects ranging from engineering to programming to “technology for morons” books, so if you haven’t learned how to use your tablets yet… now’s as good a time as any.
CAMELLIA FACILITY
A large, spacious facility made of multiple wings, but the only thing open right now is the lobby. The lobby alone is impressive, though. Tall ceilings, wide open spaces, not to mention how everything looks leaps and bounds beyond anything else in the city as far as technology goes. There are metal detectors in the doorways, and a large, circular desk in the middle of the lobby with computers - though they’re currently locked behind a password. There are exits to other parts of the campus as well, but it seems you’ll need a keycard to be able to access them. The bathrooms are open, at least! There’s an elegant display of the company’s logo and motto on one of the back walls - “CAMELLIA - Life Under Control”.

Per Wednesday Week 4, there is a new area here to explore. It is in the back of the building, presumably behind the lobby area. It'll be hard to get to the lobby from here, though, because there are two doors - one on each end of the wing - that would lead to the lobby but are otherwise locked. They are notably harder to break down than the door in the back, too, and may actually send you to the medbay as well if you attempt to knock them down...

This area definitely looks like a medical area of some sort. There are a couple of rooms: Two for operating, a recovery room, a locker area, examination room, and a storage closet.
RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT

The Residential District is to the right of lower campus, to the right of the dormitory area. It appears to be a small portion of it, given that there's only one apartment complex accessible, but it's an area to look at nevertheless. Cars are off and stationed at the gas station, and there are a few bikes and cars available at the apartment complex area also.

APARTMENTS
A small apartment complex that doesn’t have much in the way of amenities. There’s a small courtyard with a solitary grill if you want to have some sort of outdoor cookout, with sparse trees dotting the grounds. There’s on site laundry and decent internet service, but it’s not a place people would call luxurious. It’s still a comfortable and cozy place to live, though, and it seems like people did live there. While it’s just as empty as the rest of the city right now, some proof of the residents remains with decorated porches and balconies. There’s an office lobby with rows of mailboxes, and a mailroom off to the side for holding packages.
POST OFFICE
Where all the mail comes and goes, the post office is split into a few sections. The lobby has a register with a scale for weighing packages and printing postage, as well as a selection of boxes, envelopes, and stamps. There’s also some greeting cards and gift cards to choose from to mail off as last minute gifts to people on the other side of the country. There’s a hallway of PO boxes, with a door at the end of the hall that leads into a cramped room for receiving and sorting mail. The parking lot has a few mail trucks in it, and there are letters and packages in the office waiting for their destination both in and out of the city.

As of Week 5, the post office is not in the condition it once was: Mail trucks have been broken into with packages opened and ransacked. The mail inside of the trucks have opened with some of the letters missing. P.O. boxes have been destroyed/forced open, and there is a bit of a mess with how some of the mail has been left out.
GAS STATION
A recently renovated gas station with an attached convenience store. The pumps seem much older than the store itself, but there are six pumps available to use. It’s unclear how much gasoline is actually available, though, so you might still want to be restrained if you decide to hotwire a car and go on a joyride. The convenience store puts the one in the dorms to shame, with slush machines, hot food stations, and far more variety than what the dorm has on offer. The gas station has way more varieties of hot chips! There’s also a small selection of car goods available, from the useful to the useless.
SHOPPING DISTRICT

The Shopping Area is right above the Residential Area, to the right of the university. There's a shared parking lot between the Supermarket and the Home Improvement store with two little areas for tea time and coffee.

SUPERMARKET
The supermarket is large and pretty well-stocked, though some items such as the formerly fresh produce and things that have expired past 5/926 aren’t good anymore. Onions still seem to be doing okay, though! That being said, there are things that the university doesn’t have that are stocked here, such as dry fruit, different kinds of drinks, sodas, cereals… There’s a storage and stock area in the back of the store, as well as a fork lift meant for carrying cargo.
HOME IMPROVEMENT
This is where you can find a bunch of household tools (hammers, screwdrivers, drills, etc.), as well as things like brooms and dustpans, mops, and the like. There’s a whole section for paint, as well as sections for things like flooring, fans, yard items (i.e. porch benches), and other home decor. If you were looking to spruce up your dorm rooms more, this may be a good place for it.
TEA HOUSE
A quaint little indoor place meant to hold tea parties. There’s an area in the front with round tables and iron chairs, all with teacups and teapots set up and ready to be enjoyed. There are a wide selection of teas available, all out for display similarly to how alcohol would be displayed at a bar. Equipment for mixing and brewing can also be found in the front kitchen area, and the tea automatically tastes so much better than what you’re used to at the university. The tea house also has an array of pastries that, like the bakery, are not exactly fresh. However, there does appear to be a kitchen in the back that has some ingredients stocked for you to make some yourself.
CLAY CAFE
A little cafe this time it’s with a twist: You can brew yourself a nice cup of coffee while painting a blank piece of pottery. There are different kinds of pre-made pottery to choose from: Cups, bowls, vases, you name it. Long tables are set up, one on each side of the cafe, so you can sit and paint with your pals. All of the equipment you need to make a drink are in the back side of the cafe.
ESTELLINE UNIVERSITY UPPER CAMPUS

Upper Campus has quite a few buildings to look at, but most of them are all lecture halls. This map shows the areas of interest. It seems a little vaster than lower campus, but that's probably due to having more classrooms available. The areas of interest are half of the entire campus.

COMPUTER LAB
While the computers might not be much use anymore, the lab offers more than just computers! Which might be for the best, as their computers aren’t exactly the most up to date. The computers are set up in groups of four, all facing towards each other in an awkward circle, and what they lack in technical specs they make up for in programs. There are actual, proper photo editors and video and audio software, word programs, and one or two computers even have some games installed on them that definitely shouldn’t be there. The lab is also outfitted with printers, scanners, and a lost-and-found box of abandoned USB sticks.
LIBRARY
This library has every book you could imagine needing for class, as well as various other reference materials. Published studies, collections of old records, audio and video recordings… Anything and everything you could want is available here. There’s a large photocopier stocked with paper and ink, several large tables for study groups as well as a few enclosed rooms for the real serious study groups. One of the walls for each of those rooms is glass, though, so there’s not actually much in the way of privacy. They’re just much quieter.
BIOLOGY HALL
A building dedicated to biology classes - mostly. A few of the classrooms in there might host other classes, but it’s all science so nobody’s going to tell on anyone. However, only the first two floors are accessible out of three. The lecture halls in this building are much the same as those found in the hall on lower campus. Most of the rooms are neat and tidy, with signs here and there of them being used recently. There are also two labs in the hall, for the all important lab hours. Each room has several high tables, all with sinks in the middle of them, large whiteboards, and lots of storage.
MUSIC ROOM
Well...if you ever wanted a wider selection of music instruments, here's where to do it. The music room is split into two: The band side and orchestra side. The band has all the wind instruments, including percussion, and the orchestra side has the strings. There are various sets of sheet music scattered about, as well as lockers for people to store their instruments in.
FINE ARTS
What it says on the tin; a round building made for the arts. Here's where you can finally, finally find all your art supplies from paints to brushes to canvases. There are some unfinished works out on display in some of the rooms, stuck on easels or in the sketching phase. There's also a little gallery for completed student works, complete with captions.
