reserves
RESERVES
Reserves will open on Saturday, May 14th at 2:00PM EST. They will close on Sunday, May 15th at 2pm EST or whenever we hit our 28 player (14 pairs) cap – whichever one comes first.
You only need to submit one reservation per pair. We will not accept two reserves for one pairing. An example can be found in the comment section; please submit your reserve as a comment to this entry. It's fine if you submit it before we officially announce that reserves are open (we know people might want to get it in as soon as the clock hits 2pm), just as long as the timestamp reads 2:00PM EST!
There will be a waitlist for anyone who gets their reserve in before we close and after the player cap is reached.
We will allow one proxy per pair if both players are unable to place a reserve for their pair. Pairs that have had a proxy must have one person from that pair confirm the reserve within 24 hours of the reserve being placed. If there is no confirmation after 24 hours, we will open up their slot to the next pair in line on the waiting list.
Reserves will be screened.
